Another fan here as well. My local store carries Farmland's minimally-processed pork and it's pretty much the only pork I buy.We cook Farmland. Great quality if you can find them. We try to get an untrimmed slab(single) that weighs 5 lbs. They fit on a 22 and I figure the ends that get burned are protecting the remaining ribs.
I believe that it's not so much about where the pork's bought but who the producer is, especially for consistent results.
