I asked my kids what they wanted tonight and got some pretty undesirable answers. “Sushi” “burgers” “pulled pork” ( but it was already 4pm 
). So I took matters into my own hands and went to the store to see what looked good.
Found these inflation proof pork chops!
Did a Santa Maria style rub and cracked a beer!
All on Performer I did some taters and then added the chops with some cherry 
Went indirect with a sear at the end.
I tried to placate my kids but sometimes you just have to follow your gut! They devoured this and a Caesar salad! Cheers!
