Highly recommended where I purchased it. They said they like to sprinkle it on wings, I read the website and it says to use it as a marinade.
They also had Carne Crosta there, but no one that works there has tried it so yeah, I recommended it and how to use it. ( used it last night )
I have been looking for new chicken rubs, the Harry Soo one doesn't do a lot for me, it's not bad, it's just nothing special. It also gets clumpy in the cupboard. I will be sure to update. It's nice to find a local Oakridge dealer that carries lots of choices finally. $20 for the small size bags though.
