What's the weirdest thing you put on a rotisserie?

I’m looking to expand my rotisserie cooks.
I found a stainless mesh basket/box that looks like it could fit on my rotisserie.
I was thinking about spinning an albacore roast, a big chunk of steelhead or maybe a tri tip with it.
I think even a leg of lamb would work.

I asking because I’ve only done fowl and a few bone in pork roasts.
What odd rotisserie cooks have ya’ll done?

Pork ribs done on a roti are to die for!
I've done pork chops and chicken legs & thighs in my rotisserie basket.

If you can find a way to attach it and keep it spinning, most anything is great on a spit.

Chicken kebap!

Have to revisit it. It was delicious, but a hassle on the spirit.

E: too bad I realized kebap in an english context refers to like small-ish spits. I mean like a proper döner kebap spit, but on the spirit.

What I did was a chicken gyros recipe on the spit. I guess I had it from the internet, and now it's gone :(

We made it on the smoker. You stuff it with bnls country style ribs from the shoulder, not from the loin.
You have to be careful of the enzyme bromelain which breaks down protein and can turn it mushy.
Pre cook the pork and the HH from the rotis should take care of that.
