Whats the best thing you learned in 2009?


 
Thanks to the expertise and friendliness of the members here, I learned that I still have a lot of things to cook. My barbecue world keeps growing.
 
After reading about it in the portable grill section of this forum, I re-learned how great the Smokey Joe is for small meals ...i.e. adding a little smoke to breakfast ribeyes for two, e.t.c. We now use it 2-3 times / week

I learned a few things :

There will always be someone here to give me good advise when I need it. I also learned that lump is definitely good for looong slow and low cooks.
