Jeff R TVWBB Pro Aug 23, 2012 #3 Thanks. Just picked one up. Been running empty and love it. Just get temp spikes when I open the lid to tend to. Foiling etc. I'm hoping this will help tame that so I can maintain the same temp throughout the cook.
