The new owners are the same as the old owners. BDT Capital Partners, even when Weber was briefly a public company BDT had basically a controlling interest.

New fan and auger/motor arrived today. All covered under warranty. The box they came in looks like a warranty claim

I’m not sure, it’s a Merkle-Korff Industries motor, a division of Nidcc. If it has brushes, it’s a pretty sizeable brush motor
