What do you do with a $ 3.00 Pork Roast? I reckon this will work?

Dear Board,

Last weekend I scored a $ 3.00 Pork roast at the local Weis Market. It wasn't anything special but I figured myself and the Missus could get a couple of BBQ sandwiches out of it and have enough left over for a quick mid-week meal.

Three and half hours on the OTG @ 300F produced this here

Dear Bob,

I grocery shop on Sunday mornings. You have to get there kind of early and you can't be bashful because those blue haired old ladies will run you down for a bargain, but if you cruise the meat section and look for yellow and red "clearance" stickers you can score big.
