What Better to do on Valentine's Day then PORK?

Loin that is.

Did it on the rotisserie, some fresh garlic rosemary, sage, and Butt Rub. Added some olive oil to make a paste. Put on some mesquite for smoke.
Here it is all plated up with some grilled asparagus I did on the performer too.


The wife did another awesome job at some cheesecake.
