I used my cart yesterday when I put pork butts on my stick burner, which weighs about 600 pounds and is not easily moved around the patio.
My stick burner has a front fold down table. But there's not a lot of clearance between the door of the cook chamber and the front table. Ya can't set big pieces of meat like pork butt on the table , then open the door.
And front fold down table makes me bend and reach to work on the cooking grate. It was much easier without it in the way.
The cart will be an improvement with all my cookers, especially since my Kettle is a Master Touch and I don't have a Performer.
