Your sauce looks great too but because you burnt the receipte I won't ask you for it!
Enrico, I burned the recipe because I will not make it again. It called for too much vinegar in my opinion, and too much vinegar is a drag to me.
I may modify the recipe but not today.

Did you really foil with spiced rum or was that a play on words, "rhum".
Clifford, I really did foil with rhum...
I spell words different than most only because (well not ONLY but) I suspect the words were originally spelt that way then changed for simplicity reasoning... i.e., colour, favour, programme, RHUM.

Thanks Jim. There are so many acronyms and abbreviations used here, I just wanted to be sure. Love spiced rum and love ribs. Just don't want to blow the lid off my WSM. Sure looked good.
 
hey Cliff, the neat thing about using rhum is: for every ounce you pour on the ribs, you pour three in your iced glass! ;)
