John, just the marinade, said "30 minute" on the bottle, but it was a loin so I let it go overnight. I wasn't overly impressed with the marinade, but the hickory was good.

Thanks Kendall! I rescued the red head in Dallas about 4 yrs ago, she's pretty rough, but she sure cooks good. I'll redo her when the ash bucket finally lets go.

Actually I have several bags of Stubb's, and really like it, mostly use it for ribeyes and sirlons. I also have a big ole pile of K @ about .19 a lb. and use the heck out of it.
