Saturday was low n slow
Sunday was a grilling day

Saturday am - picked up a small shoulder of lamb from our local Butchers (and showed him pics of last weeks Tbone which made him hungry!)
A simple rub - garlic, olive oil, rosemary, S&P

onto the baby WSM over Weber briquettes minion style - no wood/smoke this time (family don't like too much)
5 hours later - beautiful fall off the bone and SO tender

and

Sunday starters was sliced duck breast yakitori style - in a hoi-sin, ginger, garlic marinade - on the Performer over Weber lump.

then the main event - the second t-bone from last weekends butchers visit
straight up sear (no carved shots this week)

thanks for lookin'
Chris

Joe - I would suggest you try it - it really was delicious.
A simple but very tasty cook, probably could have been pulled too - as the shoulder joint (bone-in) is not the easiest to carve...

I would probably chunk it up instead of an all out shred/pull. Then maybe serve it on a pita or flatbread with some cukes, lettuce, tomatoes, and a drizzle of tzatziki.

Wow! The lamb and duck skewers look amazing! Wish my family loved lamb...I suppose I'll just have to come visit you next time! Haha :)
