FINALLY had a day to devote to Smoking a BB. It's been too long.

Mixed up one of MR. K Kruger's rubs with turbinado sugar. Thank you Sir. Just on the smoker. About 8 lbs:

The Wife (aka LuzziAnn) found a bacon and potato recipe in one of our Weber cookbooks:

I had put the butt on around 10 AM. Around 3:30PM, Mother Nature had supplied me with an additional 100*F of heat. Time to dial back the WSMM:

Rolf, I had to check with LuzziAnn. The Warm Potato and Bacon Salad recipe comes from the new "Weber's Smoke" book by Jamie Purviance. We have only had this one book for a short time as it is a new release. Page 178.
