Week 4 Tailgating: Back in Fayetteville!!!!

Well the Football is not getting any better! Congratulations to Rutgers on a great game! Now on to the IMPORTANT activities of the day!!!

Got set up early a usual in the Razorback Gardens!!! Such a nice day compared to last Sat's monsoon!

Lets get going with 6 racks of baby back bones on the 22.5 WSM! Just salt pepper and hick'ry!!!

This is a Cajun sausage in a pork loin wrapped in bacon! NICE!

Time for breakfast, smoked bird legs and cheesy dogs!!!!!

Another hunk of pork one of my buddies brought joining the Cajun stuffed bacon!

The Cajun stuffed bacon was done to PORKFECTION!!!!!

Ribs looking good, about to be foiled!!!!!

Pork with mushrooms and beer!!! Turned out good as well!

....what everyone was waiting on; the cutting of the bones!!!!!!

The final pre game meal! Ribs turned out good! There were no leftovers!

Overall had a great day of food and friends!!!! Football, well that's a different story!!!!! Oh well!!!
