Got a Copper 22.5" OTG for Christmas, from the wife. I think I cooked on it every night the first few weeks, but haven't fired it up for a while. With the weather being so nice, I figured tonight would be the perfect night.

So I tell my wife to pick up a pork tenderloin on her way home and she brings back a half loin haha. God bless her. Anyhow, I dressed it up with some "Butt Rub" and set it up indirect with a couple hickory chunks over the coals. She doesn't like a real smokey flavor, so my goal was to cook it a little faster than normal, at around 300.

Let it go for about 2 hours until it was 145 inside. Turned out great. The Butt Rub has a nice little kick to it. Wife said it had a perfect hint of smoke to it. All in all, a good evening cooking with my favorite grill.
