Definitely not interested in any lid or control panel that needs to be lubricated or regularly treated to hide fade.

At least it hasn't been sitting out in the weather, that should help.Just be prepared for that plastic to not come off

I'm not really into those side burners. I have at least a few and some of them are in excellent shape and I probably will end up giving them away. If I was looking for one though I would pay $50 for a brand new one easily.

I would as well. Does anyone know how many btu the older side burners are? My 330 can boil a stock pot, albeit not super fast. But I’ve been told these older ones can’t.

First generation Genesis side burner is rated at 8,000 BTU. I'd have to go out in the rain and check and see if my second generation Genesis 3000 is rated the same or a little bit higher. VS your Genesis 330 sideburner is rated at 12,000 BTU

I wonder if the 2nd gen summits have a higher BTU side burner. I have one of those that may just have to find its way into my forever grill!

I bet you could take this apart and shoe horn
It into your grill. Like a hotrod you may need a big hood scoop to conceal it. You'd have to run dual tanks on your grill.

I keep trying to remember to grab this when I drive through Scottsdale. Maybe I'll remember this time. I know they're only $20 at the store but hey I'd be happy to save $15. If anyone else is nearby and interested grab it. I have several in my stash but im always looking for a good deal.
