Due to open this fall.
St Louis is already home to some fine bbq joints, so bring your money and spend it here. :)
edit to add:
Along with the restaurant, Weber will include an interactive grilling facility and cooking school devoted to outdoor cooking called the “Grill Academy,” which will include classes, interactive dining and private events.

That would be fun

I've been to the one in Downer's Grove IL a couple times...it is quite a treat. The kettles in the kitchen make a Ranch Kettle look like a Smokey Joe. My problem in St. Louis is that I only get there a couple times a year and there must be a dozen restaurants that are on my "must do" list every time.

Bob, if you haven't tried Iron Barley, you really should. South of downtown off I-55.

I have been to the one in Schaumburg IL a few times. It's pretty good, but I don't consider their braised ribs to be authentic BBQ.

That would be a great vacation to do. Great food and school to boot and lots of great food going to come from there.
