In the board I trust..

My Weber Genesis Silver C w/ side burner will not ignte. Nothing lit.
Swapped tanks with no luck.
On one occasion it lit, but quickly flamed out.

I think it’s the regulator and hose.

Any suggestions before I replace the regulator and hose?

Had this happen to my dad's grill. Turned out to be the regulator assembly. A quick run to his local Ace and it was back in business

sounds like replacement is in order.
Be wary of what you buy. Some of them are the wrong pressure. Make sure it's rated 11" WC not something like 1 PSI. As 11" WC is only about .3 PSI. If it says 1/2 or 1 your grill will not perform correctly

So…regulator replaced with a brand new Weber regulator.

Still no gas…The cooker box and the side burner are both not lighting.

Tried two tanks. Nothing.

Something blocking the gas flow into or through the manifold?

Any thoughts, ideas help is greatly appreciated.

I'd start looking for a blockage in the manifold. Take the regulator back off and start by blowing compressed air through the manifold with the valves open.

Have you tried doing a full tank reset? Have you tried a different tank?
Tried two different tanks.

Assuming I did it right based on a YouTube video, did a full reset.

The valves are all turning fine.

Tried lighting using a lighter. Not relying on the igniter.

will give this a try. Thanks!

Looks like a new tank and a full tank reset did the trick.
Have had my Genesis Silver C for ages now and never had to do the hard reset before.
I guess you can learn new stuff.
‘Thanks everyone.
