Watch out MC-Rib

That looks decent - I wonder if they'd let me step behind the counter to make my own.

as for the Mcrib - roll your own!

Maybe someone with a sausage grinder could grind up some pork shoulder, minimally spice it with s&p, maybe a little bbq sauce, grill it, maybe set a sauce on it with the grill, & then toss it on a bun........ I wonder how a guy without a grinder could do it.

Clint I bought an LEM meatgrinder a few years ago and have been very happy with it.

OT: I thought I've seen them for much cheaper a few years ago. I'd be OK with ~$100-130, I don't see myself using it often enough to buy a heavy duty machine. Does that ~375 watt one linked above look OK? That's about what I'd be interested in.....

I definitely bought the amatuer model. It is plastic but the motor has been strong for all my needs which is 10 lbs and under. Its been very reliable. $99.99 back at least 6 or seven years ago.

Don't know where you get your pork shoulder but the stores here Fry's, Safeway, Sprouts will grind it for free. I do it all the time because my Kitchen aid mixer with the meat grinding attachment works okay, but takes forever. So I just have the store do it for me, you might ask to see if they will do it for you.

I use the KA attachment for all my grinding. I did buy a sausage stuffer though which is 10x better than the KA attachment.

Received some coupons in the mail for the rib sandwich... Buy one get one free might try it tomorrow or the next day.
