Warm Crab Salad with Peppers

Did this cook the other night. My wife loves crab so I thought I'd give this a try. Tasted pretty good on a cold, rainy night.

Here's the ingredients. Sliced red onion, sliced bell peppers, sliced jalapenos, sliced garlic, one pound of Dungeness crab meat, finely chopped dill, parsley and mint and some lemon juice.

Sauteed the onions.

Softened all the peppers.

Added the crab and the herbs.

Plated with some caramelized onion sourdough.
