Vortex Wings for Super Bowl

Almost forgot to post these. Was so busy with everything that I didn't take a ton of photos. Cooked about 70 wings using the medium vortex on my performer with a chunk of apple wood on the grate. Rotated the lid every 12 minutes until done and they took about 45 minutes total. Tossed them in some Frank's hot sauce with melted butter before putting them in a crock pot for the party. Great smoky taste and they were a hit.

I used to kind of think so too, but not with the vortex. Never need to flip them once you have them on the grate.

Great looking wings Andy. I took my Vortex out for it's first outing for Super Bowl. The wings were awesome.
