Cook info:
14" WSM
No water in pan
275 F for approx 2 1/2 hours
Used a small pan to keep the bone-in breast upright and catch drippings
Cavender's Greek seasoning for rub
Turkey breast was a Meijer's sale item; pre-brined (15% juices added)
