Hello everyone!
I'm grillin' again, hope I don't bore y'all...
Tonight I attempted the Weber Recipe of the Week... you can find it here v
Turkish Chicken Kabobs with Rd Pepper and Walnut Sauce.
Only, I did not kabob the poultry, did the halves of breasts... kinda like that
Made the roasted red pepper and walnut sauce ahead of time... have four nice sized chicken breasts and halved an onion and added some seasoned shrimpies for fun.... just waitin' around for everything to cook up and so I can use my <span class="ev_code_GREEN">GREEN Thermapen</span>, by the way, THEE fastest reading Thermapen you can buy....
then I tossed on a coupla crab cakes JUST in case the chicken wasn't soo good.
(be nice if SUMMER would HURRY UP!)
Steamed some baby carrots in chicken broth, cooked up some white rice and served up dinner as the sunset.
