Good morning all:
Does anyone know (and be willing to share) what the average yield per pound of a smoked turkey might be? I've been asked (volunteered) to prepare turkey for a holiday drop-in for upwards to 600 folks and haven't a clue as to how many birds to buy. The turkey is not considered an entr?e but just another addition to the various other foods being prepared. I mention this because I would grow very old and tired if it were! Any advice would be most appreciated.
