Turkey & Wings before the snow...

It's rare we get snow here at the beach. I was able to smoke a turkey breast and a few wings before it started this evening. I used kickin chicken on the turkey and montreal on the wings, both turned out great.

We actually got flurries here in Huntspatch today as well. I love cooking in the snow -- the locals look at me like I'm the crazy BBQ guy. LOL Nice wangs, T Breast and Black Eye Peas!

Guess I better watch what I say on here as we have cooks on here that know what cold weather really is. Ours started out with rain with little to no snow. May get more tonight. I can handle the snow its the rain that I hate.

Don I just followed the recipe on this site with a little modifying to the brine.
