Lined up a good plan for some Sunday Performer time!
Had a nice Turkey breast and a medium sized pork roast. Did some Santa Maria rub on the breast and a combo SM rub and Montreal on the roast. Used Cowboy briquettes and some hickory and peach 

Turkey came off at about 160. I’m trying Brett’s method of immediately wrapping and chilling. It’s still in my fridge. I will check it out tonight!
