Turkey chilling Pork sizzling

Lined up a good plan for some Sunday Performer time!
IMG_1125.jpegHad a nice Turkey breast and a medium sized pork roast. Did some Santa Maria rub on the breast and a combo SM rub and Montreal on the roast. Used Cowboy briquettes and some hickory and peach 🍑
IMG_1128.jpegIMG_1130.jpegTurkey came off at about 160. I’m trying Brett’s method of immediately wrapping and chilling. It’s still in my fridge. I will check it out tonight!
Dinner was very nice and simple!

That roast looks amazing. Will be interested on your rapid chill turkey breast. I'm going to spin a turkey this coming weekend, although it would be difficult to rapid chill the whole bird, LOL
