Got to cut outta work a lil early today... lookin for something new , quick and easy... my 5 yo "made" the stuffing... Pretty much Copied recipe by Andy Wasserman from this site.. Thanks Andy ! Can't wait to dig in!!
Pretty much followed Andy's set up but ... Onion onion powder/seas for sautéed onion , no celery (lil celery salt) and a salt free mccormicks garlic herb seas instead of seas salt...
Ground turkey and turkey saus combo and stuffing per box (only used 1 cup h2o as meat mixture was anything but dried out)
All rolled up and hit with a lil weber smokey mesquite on the outside
One hour in... First time takin WSM up to 300 so I had to keep on eye on maverick...
A lil windy outside but running about 300-310... I.T. At time of pic (70 minutes into smoke) is 145 deg. Figured some apple wood for smoke would work nice
