Turkey and Fixings

My Wife picked up a turkey but I have to work nights on Thanksgiving so I cooked it today instead.

Turkey cooked on the WSM. Injected with some Stubbs Chicken marinade, seasoned with some Lawry's Seasoning salt and blacke pepper. Some onions, celery and rosemary was put in the cavity too.

Fired up the Performer and cooked the stuffing,

green bean casserole, and biscuits

Turkey carved up

My plate with everything above plus potatoes and smothered in gravy

I'm 1st in line, Bob, but maybe we can get a simultaneous invite....But really, shouldn't John leave some cooking for his wife to do? Thanksgiving came early at his house. WOW great meal.
