Tuesday's Ribs / Wednesday's Bird


 
Ohh my that is some awesome looking wings´n´bones! I bought a bottle of cinammon wiskey in Germany(fireball) cant drink that sweet stuff. Now i guess i found a use for it! A must try!

I love it Jim. I too have called in to work and taken the day off just because I wanted to fire up the WSM. One of the best days off possible in my book. I love the plated pics.
 
Great looking cook. By the way, that green grass looks better than that white snow of a few months ago.................d
