Tuesday Night Quickie

[Bill - Bigbill]

Wanted to put together a quick but tasty meal tonight, so:

Picked up a Swordfish Steak
Making it HAPPY with a little EVOO, Tequila, Lime Juice, Garlic Powder, S&P.

Onto the grill with some Peppers and Onions in the Cast Iron, and a couple of Sliders for Debbie,
(remember MOMMA DON'T LIKE NO FISH)

OK, I am getting over compulsive, now I put Cross-Hatch Grill Marks onto the rolls.

Plated up and added some Cherry Tomatoes and an ice cold Dr. Browns.

Life continues to be good in Bigbillville.

Yeah, what Mike said! Even though you can't see the crosshatch marks when eating, psychologically I think it makes the rolls taste better just knowing that they're there.
