I'm slowly whittling away of our stash of tuna from the freezer. I used this recipe and ABTs for, well, just 'cause. Here they are, wrapped and dusted

the tuna burgers resting. I used our old, hand cranked Universal #2 meat grinder, I forgot to take a picture...

first turn for the burgers

buns on

and dig in


The recipe has a fresh pickle component, that's what the cukes are on top. Not as flavorful as I would have liked - tuna was good, but there is also a Serrano pepper and garlic and fish sauce in the burgers and it was subtle at best. I can (will) ratchet it up next time. Thanks for stopping by...
