Terrific Thursday Thighs...... and legs!

EVOO, Sea Salt, Cracked Pepper, Onion Powder and Smoked Paprika.

Sweet Taters, green beans and Honey Wheat English Muffins with EVOO, Garlic and Parsley.

Some RO Lump with Hickory chunks, cooked @ 300 for an hour and fifteen. The chicken thighs were at 160, put top grate on cc ring for 3 minutes on each side.

There was no fatty meat left, it all rendered out!

Best we ever had!

Bob C. I love the WSM for about anything that takes more than 30 min to cook! It cooks so even and then you can reverse sear, which I have become a huge fan of!
