Triple smash burger

Tonight’s dinner was a triple smash done on the 22 with some oven frozen type breakfast potato. McCain or something, I like them a lot for some insane reason....I am also eating by myself so impressing myself doesn’t go very far.
Simple Simon, mostly Chris’s style except I add a bunch of black pepper to the raw beef. Nothing but pure french’s And some killer hogs “ big dill “ pickles. Some expensive pickles but man are they good.
A few pics from Saturday’s Father’s Day brisket too.
Father’s Day cook was an 8 pound point and 2 rotisserie 3 pound birds with garlic oven salty fries and smoky bourbon ketchup with ceased salad. I have had 1,000,000 hot sauces but for some reason I love the tobacco sauce......it’s fermented I don’t know....anyways thanks for looking.

Thanks fellas, everything was a big hit....all the parents said it was some of the best food they have had.
I was the only judge last night for the burger but it was so good I have another here for lunch today.....
It's going to be work sleepy after lunch......

There isn't a lot more you need. It was 80 - 20 beef, added salt once smashed, flipped add 1/2 slice of process cheese ( 1 whole slice is too much ) and the juiciness of the beef and the salt have all the flavor I need.
I can't wait to make them again.
I haven't made regular burgers since I started making these....a couple of months now.

Just 2oz beef balls to start with so 6oz is pretty much a 1/3rd pound burg....and I had a whole pound with no one else to help me eat it!
Thanks Rich.
I keep going back to your taco cook thread.
