I made a couple baguettes to go with our tri-tip dinner tonight.
These were my first baguettes so don’t judge to harshly.
They kinda look funny because I juggled and almost dropped them.
They tasted delish even though they lost a bit of their puff, but oh well.
They ended up with a nice crunch and were nice and soft inside.
The bread was done right at dinner time so that was nice timing.
Some ate the baguettes with butter, some did the olive oil/balsamic thing and I made a sammich
.
Our company enjoyed the meal and got a nice to go bag for her husband
