So I put a sear on it and now moved them to indirect for 15 mins. Will then check temps and gauge the finish line.

I’ll show you the possible new house. To be built. I need a left and right neighbor. No one in front of us and no one behind us. And a killer backyard view.
 
The TT recipe if you’d like to do one yourself. This is as authentic a SM TT as I’ve had. And you must cook over live oak. Red is preferred but I only have white. Don’t sue me.
