Tri-tip on the Performer tonight

Just a simple 2 lb'er. 4 parts Lawry, 4 parts coarse BP, 2 parts granulated garlic, 1 part crushed rosemary, 1 part dried parsley.

Cooked to ~130 internal over mesquite lump. Served with a nice Cabernet Franc.



 
It's becoming warmer around these parts, so that means that the butcher will have on hand some Tri-Tip's. This means, you are giving some inspiration to go to the butcher. Great looking TT!
