Tres tacos!!

Evening folks and happy Cinco De Mayo!!! I had a conplete opposite cook planned tonight but my wife reminded me today what May 5th was...she says "today is May 5th so we have to do something Mexican"...I'm thinking we did that last nite...uh ok tacos? Sure!! So I soaked some skirt steak and here's how the day went!!

Been wet here lately so we covered things up!

Started some pintos on the grill with a few margaritas!!

Played some fitting tunes!!

Watched the pups play!

Started a fire!

Beans coming along!!

Looking ugly out there!

Couple hours later I find my self double fisted??

The green pot is not so pretty any more...shhhuss..don't tell my wife!

Started some skirt steak over hot coals and mesquite!!

Monty that is my baby...yep real close!! I have seen a few picked up..been out dozen times with no luck yet..just windy an wet this weekend so we stayed close to home!

It's fine Brad...it's going on ten years old so it's getting pretty rough now! I like that you can move it where ever you need it. I put some drain holes in the bottom but I normally wheel it under cover when not in use!!

Great looking tacos Morgan! I had a similar idea, tacos and margaritas, but they were no where near what yours were! We also followed up our Mexican dinenr with the most Canadian thing to do in May...go to a hockey game!
