Transporting Ribs

I am doing some ribs for a superbowl party this weekend. The party is about 45 mins from my house though. Any ideas on the best way to transport?

Should I cut individual bones right away and just foil in a cooler? Or just keep them whole in a cooler and cut at the party?

I would keep them whole and cut at the party to limit drying out the meat on the cut sides. Wrapped in foil they ought to stay nice and warm.

I would be inclined to keep them whole in the cooler, and cut them when you get to the party.

When pulling them off the smoker, double wrap them in HD foil. Rinse a cooler out with some hot water (not hot enough to melt it though) and then place towels in the cooler and place the ribs int there. It should remain quite warm. Cut them up at the party

I dont know if you wrap ribs on the smoker but what I do is smoke 2 hours ish, smoke 2 hours foiled with dr. pepper in the foil, then take them off brush with a little sauce re-wrap place in a cooler wrapped with towels. If you do something similar to this the ribs should still be moist and warm for your 45 minute drive. A little different but these ribs are out of this world good and the family loves em so thats what matters.

edit:for baby backs that is.
