Decided to make some tortas to take me back to my days in Guanajuato Mexico which was one of the best years of my life. Here goes...

Made some Avocado infused mayo to layer on the upper piece of bread:

Mashed garlic black beans for spreading on bottom piece of bread:

Adobo based steak sauce for the flank steak:

Veggies ready for the grill:

Torta... finally - really tasty finished with
some queso campesino
