Too full for pie

Did a lot of cooking this weekend but didn’t take “Action Shots” except for this skillet of rosemary potatoes..... Oops

Saturday night was steak night. I bought a small, prime, NY roast and cut 11 steaks out of it. This is one of the smaller ones but after eating all this I couldn’t even look at the 3 berry pie I bought earlier. Grilled squash with parmesean is a favorite here.

The only way to follow up beef like that is with MORE BEEF so tonight another loaded up kettle produced this tri-tip with a few more sides.

The tri-tip was medium rare even if the iPad camera couldn’t capture the color.

Beautiful looks awesome, I love that you cut the steaks yourself. We’re about to dry age a whole bone in ribeye.

But didn’t anyone tell you...
