aka: Why I love a 24" grill! Can easily hold a 16" pan with room to spare! Anyways...one of our favorite salmon dishes when we want more Asian flavor:

Salt/pepper on filet, then brush on 2 Tbs Kewpie mayonnaise, 2 Tbs sriracha, and 2 Tbs brown sugar. Original recipe was cedar planked, but with the smoke from a charcoal grill, find it isn't needed. Indirect with grill at about 400.

Good looking fish, Grant! That 16" skillet fits nicely on there for sure! I'm still waiting for the salmon run to really get going here so prices for local caught come down a bit! :)
