Hello,
Tomahawk Black Angus Steak (Reverse Seared)

Preparation:
Liberally season all sides of the steak with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Indirect cooking....until 60οC (140F)

Then rest for 15 minutes and sear each side for 90sec.

Someday I'll seek one of those out and will give it a shot. I think you got the seasonings just right, as I think a steak like that only needs some oil and salt and pepper, nothing else, so the taste of the meat really shines through.
