No lawn mower required. I cooked two racks of baby back ribs, using KBB and a couple of chunks of hickory. The rub was Memphis Dust with a couple of minor tweaks (oregano instead of rosemary, and I added some cumin). I like the idea of having no salt in the rub. The cook took almost 5 hours at 225 degrees (no foil), with sauce on the ribs for the last 15 minutes. Looks tasty! Wish my yard work this past weekend looked like that!

I very rarely use salt on pork anymore. Seems like most already comes injected with a sodium solution of some sort.
