3 pack StL spares @ $3.39/lb
small pack Prime ribeye cap steaks @ $17.99/lb
wings @ $1.99/lb
filet mignon steaks @ $14.99/lb
frozen tilapia loins 2.5 lbs for $14.99
My total cost was $102, and I figure there's about 15 meals for the two of us.
Pretty good eats for under $7 per meal for two people.

Didn't buy any, but Prime brisket packers were $3.69/lb
Maybe I'll get one for Smoke Day.

Way to use that Costco Card Bob. Look forward to a lot of great cooks. Haven't seen those Cap Steaks here nor briskets, prime or otherwise, ever.
 
Great choices, Bob. I'm heading there later this week when the new sale starts and will look for those prime ribeye caps.
 
yeah man, that prime brisket AT THAT SAME PRICE up here in MKE got me thinking BIG TIME!
but i remembered i have no room for it in my freezer.
may borrow some space in my brother-in-laws chest.....
 
Bob, should I get some ribeye cap steaks on my next trip to Costco? Been eyeing them but just have not pulled the trigger....
