Picked up a package of this "Boneless Beef Rib Finger Meat"
I've been looking at for a while. Never cooked before. Has a lot of fat and was wondering if anyone has any experience with this cut. Lots of fat
Plan was to marinade in Sempio Bu Go Gi Korean BBQ marinade and then grill over coal. Finish with Green Onion and Sesame seeds. If not a good idea was just gonna S/P and smoke for 2-3 hours with some hickory.
