I wrapped some chicken breasts and leftover pork tenderloin and provilone in some bacon and cooked them on the mini WSM @ 300* for a cpl hours, fried some potatoes on the kettle, and finished with a peach brown betty in the Dutch Oven. That's what we called supper tonight.

The chicken/pork/bacon wrap looks killer! Nice work Dwain. Any pics of the finished peach brown betty?
 
We sliced peaches, added some sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter, then topped with oats, brown sugar and butter. We put it in a pie pan and in the D.O. This is after we let it cool:

Dwain, there's not mich more to said here. I think everyone just about said it all, just awesome. I think you can tell, we all like the way you roll. That looks like a full day of nothing but fun outside cooking. I'm glad you shared this day with all of us.:D
