Thursday Night Steak Night

First off I got the potatoes oiled, salted and seasoned with Goya Adobo.

Potatoes onto the Performer, using Stubbs charcoal.

Potatoes are just about done, so a CI skillet with mushrooms in garlic butter, seasoned with
Penzeys Arizona Dreaming, were put onto the Performer. I put 1 chunk of oak on the fire at this time.

Steak was seasoned with an espresso rub that I picked up here.

Steaks on indirect, will do a reverse sear at about 120 internal.

Delicious meal and the steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare. No steak knife was needed
as they were that tender and very juicy.
