Throwing My Butt into the SD9 Ring

Looks like a lot of pig butts were WSMed yesterday.
Here's my butt.

Weighing in at 5.5 lbs, Tasty Licks original rub, lump for fuel, apple and pecan for smoke.

While I was cooking my butt off, Jo worked on her flowers, and re-purposed an old ladder.

Needed something green on the plate, and discovered Kosher dills are great to counter the richness of pulled pork.

Looks like a perfect SD cook to me, Bob!! Next time I cooked pulled pork, I'm gonna have to serve it with kosher dills :). Looks like I could learn a thing or two from Jo Anne about landscaping.
